The items that I'm looking for are out stock. When will they be available again?
Our stock is updated live on our website every thirty minutes.
As the items come back in stock, the information will be updated accordingly.
You can also subscribe to a specific item, color and size by clicking on the exclamation mark showing when an item is momentarily out of stock and you will get a notification email the second it comes back in!
Back order items are always automatically re ordered so it is a matter of a couple of days before your requested models come back in stock and you place your order online on our amazing catalog!
What's your size chart tolerance?
Size Tolerance : ±1/1½ inch / or 2.50/3 cm in length and width
Shrinkage Tolerance : 5% on length & width, as per international standards
How do I get a refund/return?
Standard returns
If you received your order and a product is not to your liking you have 14 days to claim your return. Please send an email to our support team at customerservice@wordans.ca with the subject "RETURNS" and provide the information listed below.
Depending on the return issue, a restocking charge can be issued, more information in the return policy.
Warranty
If you received your order and discover an item that is damaged, defective or otherwise incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. After receiving your package, you have 24 hours to make a claim and provide all the necessary information. Please send an email to our support team at customerservice@wordans.ca with the subject "DAMAGED" and provide the information listed below.
